Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical design of our charging products, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, as well as legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze internal and external requirements, including models and legal regulations, to ensure electrical design compliance.
• Collect and track changes to requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed.
• Execute development activities in accordance with Project Development Plans (PDPs) with limited supervision.
• Maintain accurate and detailed engineering documentation, including CAD files, tooling studies, and product documentation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose changes to enhance product functionality and efficiency.
• Support Electrical Design Reviews and contribute to the development of DFMEA content in the EE area.
• Ensure the functionality and reliability of our charging products, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost-saving initiatives and prototype development.

Testing, Verification, and Validation
• Request and review test reports, analyzing failed tests and proposing changes to improve product quality.
• Understand test specifications and support the creation of test matrices, ensuring accurate and comprehensive testing.
• Approve test setups and collaborate with the Validation group to ensure seamless testing and validation processes.

Training and Development
• Participate in job training and identify training needs for personal and professional growth.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in areas such as Maple, Polarion, Synergy, and DFSS (six sigma).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of the team's technical expertise.

Technical Knowledge and Skills
• Familiarity with PDP lessons learned and input to enhance PDP processes.
• Understanding of production processes in CS and electronic/harness plants, as well as test equipment in the lab.
• Utilization of analytical tools and knowledge of competitive products.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the automotive or charging infrastructure industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as CAD and Maple, as well as test equipment and analysis software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and IEC standards.
