As a Logistics Specialist with German fluency, you will be responsible for managing orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Your daily tasks will include being available for customers by phone, mail, or chat, registering orders, conducting feasibility checks, and communicating with internal departments such as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements. You will also be responsible for proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment, receiving and processing complaints, supporting activities and campaigns, providing customers with information regarding products, services, prices, and delivery times, handling reservations and contracts, and responsibility for invoicing activities.

Requirements
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and telephone skills who is fluent in English and German (min. B2). The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position and be able to work independently. Additionally, the candidate must be customer-focused, possess organization and time management skills, and practice attentive and active listening.

Daily Tasks
The daily tasks of a Logistics Specialist with German fluency include:
  1. Be available for customers by phone, mail, or chat
  2. Order management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customers
  3. Open order management: link with internal departments such as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements
  4. Proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment
  5. Receive and process complaints
  6. Support activities and campaigns
  7. Provide customers with information regarding products, services, prices, and delivery times
  8. Handle reservations and contracts
  9. Responsibility for invoicing activities


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Very good English and German (min. B2)
  2. Excellent communication and telephone skills
  3. Team player with the ability to work independently
  4. Experience in a similar position will be a huge advantage
  5. Must be customer-focused
  6. Possesses organization and time management skills
