- Manage user access, authorizations, and roles within the SAP Basis environment
- Collaborate with project teams on SAP implementation projects and migrations
- Support development teams and users with technical issues and questions
- Maintenance and configuration of SAP Basis systems
- Monitoring and management of SAP system performance
- Installation, updates, and migrations of SAP systems
- User management and security
- Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Basis consultant
- Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, NetWeaver)
- Experience with SAP Basis installation, configuration, and administration
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, HANA, SQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix)
- Fluency in Polish at B2+ level – must have
- Preferred: SAP Basis certifications and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-organization, and independence
