At GFT Technologies SE, we are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Lead to lead the development of high-quality solutions for the largest investment banks in the world. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating the architecture of solutions, make technical decisions impacting project delivery, oversee deliverables produced by your team and monitor their quality, automate CI/CD pipelines, work in Scrum, and advise clients on the best solutions.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an extra benefit package that can be tailored to your personal needs. This includes private medical coverage, sport & recreation package, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc. In addition, we provide permanent or B2B contracts after a 3-month probation period, on-line training and certifications fit for career path, free on-line foreign languages lessons, regular social events, access to e-learning platform, and ergonomic and functional working space with 2 monitors.

About You

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of practical experience in Java 11+, practical experience with multi-threaded programming, Spring/SpringBoot, Maven, Git, Docker and CI/CD, SQL, RDBMS/NoSQL and JPA/Hibernate, integration techniques (REST, JMS/Kafka), and knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Kubernetes and be able to establish effective cooperation with clients. Fluency in English in speech and writing is also required.
