Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of outbound sales representatives to achieve exceptional results.
    • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure targets are met.
  • Outbound Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and A/B test Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to drive targeted outreach efforts.
    • Design and execute effective outbound sales campaigns with clear objectives, reporting, and iterative improvements.
    • Identify and optimize new outbound channels to maximize lead generation potential.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Oversee lead research and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sales-ready leads.
    • Utilize advanced qualification techniques to assess lead potential and prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Track and manage the outbound sales pipeline to ensure leads are properly nurtured and followed up.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion rates, and revenue per lead.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish strong relationships with prospective clients and nurture them through the sales cycle.
    • Position Digiteum as a trusted partner by demonstrating deep understanding of client needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Provide regular reports on outbound sales performance to leadership.
    • Use analytics to forecast pipeline growth and evaluate the impact of outbound strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of services is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing outbound teams.
  • Expertise in outbound sales strategies, including A/B testing ICPs, running campaigns, and reporting results.
  • Strong understanding of qualification techniques to deliver sales-qualified leads.
  • Experience in identifying and testing new outbound sales channels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, analytics platforms, and other necessary toolsets.
  • Exceptional communication, active inquiry, and strategic questioning skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (At least C1 English).
  • Valid EU visa and work permit (for non-EU residents).
