Senior Data Scientist

At Square One Resources Sp. z o.o., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our in-house team, you'll be responsible for optimizing advertising campaigns using advanced data science models and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement data-driven strategies for campaign improvement.
  • Analyze advertising data to identify trends and opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Evaluate existing models and provide recommendations for enhancements to optimize conversion rates and other key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in advertising technology, particularly in the area of optimization models.

Requirements:

  • 4/5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Extensive experience as a Data Scientist in the advertising industry, with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
  • Proven experience working with advertising data to build or optimize models for campaign improvement.
  • Solid understanding of key advertising metrics such as clicks, impressions, in-view time, and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or other large-scale advertising platforms.
