Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Specialist to act as a bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management, enabling the successful execution of projects, programmes, and Agile Release Trains.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a PMO Specialist on medium to large-scale projects, hubs, or programmes.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and experience in cost estimations, accruals creation, and invoice handling.
  • PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification.
  • Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools.
  • Experience with Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking), Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health), Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting), Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up), Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting), and Risk Management.
