Client Success Coordinator

Keller Executive Search is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless workflow and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Success Monitoring: Track and analyze customer success metrics, assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement, work closely with the recruitment team to implement strategies that enhance client experience, provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow, assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Lead Management & Communication: Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally, engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions, use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market, collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings, coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives, maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth
- Sales Process Analysis: Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques, assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness
We are looking for a highly intelligent and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a US accent and be willing to work some evenings when necessary to engage with international partners.
