Project Coordinator

To achieve this excellence, we seek a dedicated Project Coordinator who will collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAM) in delivering outstanding services to our key clients.

This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring that project goals are met within scope, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction and excel in fostering long-term relationships.

The successful Project Coordinator will:

• Work closely with KAMs to support the operational delivery of services to our key clients.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals.

A successful candidate for this position should possess:

• At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management.
• A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations.
• A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients.
• A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
• A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction.
• Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level).

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
