About the Role

John Deere Polska Sp. Z O.o. is seeking an Agile Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Finance Business Capability, you will play a vital role in supporting product outcomes and driving elite delivery and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain elite delivery and compliance standards to support product outcomes by identifying, tracking, and resolving or escalating impediments to enable team success in meeting sprint commitments.
  • Monitor relevant metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Operate independently while seeking oversight during critical decisions to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar Agile delivery role.
  • Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to remove roadblocks (technical & business) for teams.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including private medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, social fund budget, and additional fun events.
