Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing standard journal entries, reconciling accounts, and reviewing entity Balance Sheets and P&Ls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process standard journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review entity Balance Sheets and P&Ls to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Liaise with country teams to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met and that financial processes are aligned with global standards.
  • Ensure documentation of all financial processes is in place and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate financial processes with other regions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Work with other team members to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to improve financial performance.
  • Highlight potential issues to management's attention and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Graduate or about to graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting is a distinct advantage.
  • Very good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and solid computer skills, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in using reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and customer-oriented with strong team player skills.
  • Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced, and multinational work environment.
