Pareto Securities AS is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Lead to drive our sales strategy and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of Business Development Managers who operate in local markets and manage global clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing sector. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
  • Lead and support a team of Business Development Managers
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
