As a key member, you will collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Human Capital Management divisions, each wielding full ownership of their respective functions or products. ### What You Will Do?

Your challenge involves:

  • Designing and implementing new regulatory reporting software critical to our compliance with global regulations.
  • Tackling big data challenges, ensuring data accuracy across millions of transactions daily.
  • Leveraging Java, Spring, Spark, Scala, and other technologies to optimize data processing within our extensive data lake.
  • Collaborating with end users to refine tools and processes, enhancing our business operations.
  • Developing a deep understanding of financial instruments across various asset classes, enriching your skillset and our team's capabilities.

Investment banking, big data concepts (e.g., Spark), Scala, or BPMN experience is highly advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to dive into the dynamic world of financial products is also welcomed.

The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
