Global Learning Coordinator

In this role, you will be a key member of the Global CI Academy Team, supporting the execution of learning initiatives and providing cutting-edge development opportunities for employees.

About the Role:

Zurich Commercial Insurance is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, improving employee skills, and promoting organizational growth.

The Global CI Academy Team plays a crucial role in this mission, and as a Junior Learning Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to develop and implement training programs that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate course logistics, including scheduling and communication with program managers and facilitators.
  • Maintain accurate records of courses, participants, and feedback.
  • Prepare course materials, such as descriptions, outlines, and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication with participants, instructors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize internal speakers and external coaches for webinars and other training events.
  • Conduct sessions, manage recordings, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Distribute necessary files and materials to participants and instructors.
  • Evaluate feedback and update records with attendance and feedback scores.
  • Manage and store related files on document-sharing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, including managing breakout rooms and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage end-to-end webinar processes.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including internal speakers, external coaches, and participants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, setting up speaker calls, and moderating sessions.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level).
  • Strong focus on participant satisfaction and ability to handle troubleshooting and support efficiently.
