(Senior) Business Development Manager | IT outsourcing

As we continue to grow our sales team, we are searching for a dynamic individual to provide robust support and play a pivotal role within our organization. This role is centered around the development and management of your own client portfolio, fostering regular engagement and collaboration.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent client communication skills, value the autonomy of their work, maintain strong relationship management, and have proficient English language skills (additional languages are a plus).

We offer two career paths: a Business Development Manager role with primary responsibilities and a Senior Business Development Manager role with higher-level responsibilities and a strategic impact on the company.

You will:

  • Actively acquiring new customers in both Polish and international markets
  • Promoting and selling business solutions to potential clients through all sales channels
  • Creating development plans, including an active sales pipeline and implementation strategies, to build new profitable businesses

We seek a candidate who has:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting & services company
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
  • A can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity, and courage to bring new ideas
  • A good command of English (B2 level)
