  • Technical Support: Provide Level 2/3 technical support for end-user computing issues.
  • Patch Management: Plan, schedule, and deploy patches and software updates while ensuring compliance with security standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience with tools like CAPA Installer, Intune, SCCM, and M365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with endpoint security and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
