About the Position

We are looking for a Streaming Services Support Agent to join our team. As a member of our international support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Your key responsibilities will include answering inquiries about contracts, payments, and technical issues related to one of the world's largest streaming services. You will work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions to our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. We offer a comprehensive onboarding training program to ensure your success in this position.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in Swedish at a minimum C1 level, has excellent English language skills, and is willing to work on-site at our office in Warsaw.
