As a Software Engineering Manager (AI, Knowledge Platform), you will combine technical expertise in software development with effective team leadership. You will lead a talented team, guiding them not only in technical tasks but also in their professional growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a technical product team responsible for its own product

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant engineering discipline (Priority for: data engineering, AI Engineering or Data Science)
- 2+ years of experience managing teams
- Demonstrated success in leading and contributing to AI-focused projects, preferably in areas like knowledge representation, reasoning, knowledge graphs and ontology development
- Proficiency in backend programming (Python is warmly welcomed), with practical experience in building and maintaining software solutions
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, with the ability to actively participate in discussions on software architecture and engineering methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing software engineers
- Strong background in coaching and mentoring engineers with a focus on fostering their professional growth
- Professional fluency in English
- Nice to have: Experience in implementing and deploying AI and data solutions in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing cloud-based tools and services for scalable, robust applications and AI pipelines.
