About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Systems Engineer to join our team at ERGO Technology & Services S.A. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our mainframe infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

Your primary focus will be on creating, modifying, and deleting user IDs for the mainframe and its subsystems, as well as granting authorizations for resources and applications. You will also troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues in RACF, operate data maintenance processes, and manage user data.

In addition, you will support applications, provide 2nd-level support, and participate in change services for automated user and authorization administration. You will also be responsible for supporting system requirements for new functions or applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement mainframe infrastructure solutions
  • Manage user IDs, authorizations, and access control
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues
  • Operate data maintenance processes and manage user data
  • Support applications and provide 2nd-level support
  • Participate in change services for automated user and authorization administration
  • Support system requirements for new functions or applications
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience in IBM Mainframe area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ITIL standard process model
  • Ability to work in a team environment
