Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Windows Server to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, monitoring server operations, and planning and implementing maintenance tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure
  • Monitor server operations and performance
  • Plan and implement maintenance tasks and projects in MS Windows, Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, DNS, VMWare, and ADFS
  • Manage desired configurations and compliance on server infrastructure
  • Monitor IT infrastructure system performance
  • Improve existing and develop new solutions in System Administration
  • Participate in production implementations of subordinate systems
  • Prepare technical documentation
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish language at C1/C2 level
  • Fluency in English at minimum B2 level
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration (2012 and newer), related to problem-solving and diagnosis in areas: Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, DNS, DFS, ADFS
  • Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure
  • Knowledge of patching/hardening languages of Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Security
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting error detection and mitigation measures
  • Experience in scripting language (PowerShell)
  • Continuous improvement attitude and proactive mindset
  • Being a team player and willing to share the know-how with the team, mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Windows Server Infrastructure – on-premises or hybrid infrastructure certifications
  • Knowledge of VMware, M365, Zabbix, SCCM, Azure, and Manage Engine products
