Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee reception health and safety management, ensuring compliance with our office baseline
  2. Manage visitor arrivals, including maintaining accurate records and issuing visitor badges
  3. Administer access control systems, including preparing and distributing access cards to staff
  4. Operate switchboard services, handling incoming and outgoing calls
  5. Coordinate mail and courier services, including procurement of office supplies
  6. Maintain internal mailboxes and manage guest car parking
  7. Provide first-class support to the wider REO team and technical departments

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish language skills (min. B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
