We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive adoption of paperless validation and QMS software in the Life Sciences sector across Europe and the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients from the Life Sciences sector in Europe and the USA through active prospecting, outreach, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  • Generate leads from trade shows, regional networking events, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
  • Present tailored solutions from our portfolio to meet client needs around validation and quality assurance areas.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report sales progress and results to the Sales Director.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and other networking events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Proven track record selling complex SaaS software, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to dynamically acquire new clients, with independence, responsibility, initiative, and a focus on achieving goals.
  • English language skills are essential, with other languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to Europe and the USA for business purposes.
  • Metric-driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales data.
