Contract Role Overview

This temporary 12-month contract role will focus on supporting the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts for software, cloud, and other services. You'll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for contract negotiation and execution;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendors;
  • Apply judgment to resolve contractual issues and anticipate problems;
  • Conduct legal research and assist with general corporate legal matters as necessary;
  • Manage fast-paced workload in a dynamic environment and add value to multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent);
  • Fluency in English and Italian; oral and written proficiency required;
  • Experience with transactional work, process improvement, legal research, and other legal matters;
  • Ability to work proactively and independently;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
