Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Big-xyt. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and providing strategic support to our Chief Financial Officer.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure timely invoicing to clients and suppliers by calculating amounts accurately;
  • Review and approve annual financial statements with precision;
  • Collaborate with senior management to review budget execution and prepare the budget plan for the next year;
  • Create and maintain transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with tax advisors;
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reports as required by government institutions;
  • Oversee software orders and ensure accurate invoicing for intercompany transactions;
  • Review and prepare contracts with B2B contractors on an annual basis;

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential;
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly valued;
  • Previous experience in financial management, reporting, or accounting is required;
  • Familiarity with compliance and tax documentation processes would be beneficial;

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong language and communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. DATEV, Excel);
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive company financial data with confidentiality;
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
