Job Description


We're inviting applications for the role of Digital Content Assurance Specialist - Process Associate – Polish – On Site Krakow. As part of this job, you'll be responsible for ensuring digital platforms remain safe for communities worldwide.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Understand and stay up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
  • Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance
  • Examine daily content in various formats (text, images, audio, video)
  • Identify non-compliant content and flag it for action
  • Provide feedback on policy, tool, and process improvements
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of adjacent and cross-policies
  • Train team members on daily tasks when required by the manager
  • Perform tasks requested by the manager to meet KPIs and performance metrics
  • Maintain a positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
  • Show willingness to learn and work on dynamic projects


Working Conditions:


Operations teams will function based on the schedule committed with the client. This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious or sensitive in nature.



Qualifications and Skills:


We seek individuals with:



  • A proficient level of Polish (min C1)
  • A very good level of English (min B2)
  • Previous experience in content moderation (an asset)
  • A High School Degree


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Trust & Safety Experience (preferably content labelling and/or moderation)
  • A neutral mindset to digital content classification and policy review
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Accurate and critical work attitude
