Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Coloplast. This role is responsible for driving finance process improvements across departments, locations, and business areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and procurement processes, with experience working with KPIs and quality data.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive innovation in finance department through digitalization and automation
  • Manage projects related to finance processes, including active optimization and finding best solutions for end-to-end processes
  • Analyze and improve KPIs, working closely with Corporate Finance, IT, and Procurement teams
  • Serve as a strong support to the department Director with performance data analysis, presentations, and business cases preparation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, procurement, or order-to-cash roles
  • Good knowledge of finance and procurement processes, as well as general accounting and taxes
  • Familiarity with PTP, RTR, and/or OTC process flows
  • Proven work experience in working with KPIs, quality data, and implementation of improvements
