Job Title: Compliance Associate

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work Pattern: Hybrid (3 days a week from the office, 2 days wfh)

Department: Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Group Compliance with the management of Compliance Monitoring and with the development of the Monitoring Model at ICG.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of the Monitoring plan.
  • Conduct monitoring tests where required, but this is expected to be limited to a limited number of tests.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on Monitoring findings and promptly communicate them to the Compliance Management or to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Manage the Monitoring issues log, tracking these to completion.
  • Regular Management Information production.
  • Undertake Compliance Assurance checks on the work of the Central Compliance Team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in an Investment/Wholesale Bank, PE & Asset Managers with €1bn + AUM or Leveraged Finance organisation.
  • 4+ years compliance experience.
  • Monitoring experience required.
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or suitable relevant experience in lieu of qualifications.
