As a Contract Administration Associate at Emerson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer support and projects. Your key responsibilities will include serving as a liaison officer, connecting different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.


Key aspects of the role include:



  • Managing the intercompany ordering process for various projects across the EU
  • Handling all aspects of import/export and shipment logistics across different countries, with a focus on Ukraine
  • Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods and services, impacting sales
  • Managing budget-related orders, including third-party and intercompany transactions, specifically in Poland
  • Maintaining and updating the customer and vendor database for all customers and end-users across the EU

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, customer care, supply chain management, or logistics
  • Proficiency in English, Polish, and Ukrainian
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
  • Ability to follow agreed procedures and processes to ensure compliance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
