About the Role:

Lime is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate to join our EMEA region team. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our industrial/flex real estate portfolio. Your expertise in lease administration, contract management, and rent reconciliations will ensure compliance across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Real Estate teammates on leasing and contract management, driving the real estate lifecycle forward.
  • Oversee lease administration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, timely rent payments, and effective collaboration with our Finance department.
  • Maintain accurate lease records within our lease administration database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare business cases to inform senior leadership on key business decisions.
  • Develop and implement lease administration policies and procedures.
  • Determine success factors for our operational teams and develop processes to support them.
About You:
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate project management experience, preferably in industrial/flex development and leasing.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple projects across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across internal and external organizations.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Software suite, Coupa, and Visual Lease software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or equivalent experience/certification.
