We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Account Strategist to join our team at Adidas. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable account development with assigned Self Service Accounts and B2B partners in the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- New Business Opportunities: Assist the sales team in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Sales Forecasting: Assist the sales team in preparing yearly, monthly, and weekly sales forecasts for respective accounts and B2B partners.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Adidas partners.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote Adidas products to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiation and Sales Agreements: Be part of negotiation and close to sales agreements to maximize revenue.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order processing.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Commercially Driven: Commercially driven with excellent analytical skills and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken local language (Polish) and English.
- Education: Successfully completed professional training in a commercial or service-oriented industry.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience within a commercially driven organization, preferably with sales, customer service, or marketing experience within Adidas or comparable.
- Additional Requirements: Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG would be a plus.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
