About the Position

The role involves coordinating daily transport operations, ensuring efficient delivery of goods, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize transport routes, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistical issues and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Work closely with the finance team to verify and monitor the status of invoices and ensure accurate payment processing.
Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Has experience working in a similar role or in a related industry.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Has experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
