We are seeking an E-commerce Affiliate Strategy Lead to join our team at GWD Concept Sp. z o. o. As an Affiliate Strategy Lead, you will play a key role in driving growth and success of our affiliate program by developing and implementing innovative affiliate marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
  • Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates to meet growth targets.
  • Nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Develop high-performing creatives tailored to top partner audiences, leveraging A/B testing for continuous optimization.
  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate and manage affiliate campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce/marketplace environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten).
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute long-term affiliate marketing plans.
  • Results-oriented with focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial partnerships.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, influencer marketing) will be a plus.
  • Experience in US market will be a valuable asset.
