Job Summary

As a Master Data Team Coordinator at Mettler Toledo, you will be responsible for administering Master Data processes, creating data reports in Excel, and managing micro-projects in the areas of Customer, Material, and Pricing data objects. You will also hold the role of Retrofit Coordinator, acting as a point of contact between the business unit and the Digital Business Services department. Additionally, you will coordinate the activities of a small Master Data Team in collaboration with a Team Manager, address issues and obstacles faced by team members, and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks. You will also provide guidance and support to team members as needed, prioritize tasks, and manage the backlog. Furthermore, you will work with the Team Manager to reorganize the team whenever needed to ensure the effectiveness of work and support for critical tasks in case of absences.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer Master Data processes and create data reports in Excel
* Manage micro-projects in the areas of Customer, Material, and Pricing data objects
* Hold the role of Retrofit Coordinator and act as a point of contact between the business unit and the Digital Business Services department
* Coordinate the activities of a small Master Data Team in collaboration with a Team Manager
* Address issues and obstacles faced by team members and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
* Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
* Prioritize tasks and manage the backlog
* Work with the Team Manager to reorganize the team whenever needed to ensure the effectiveness of work and support for critical tasks in case of absences

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in Master Data, especially in Customer, Material, and Pricing data objects
* Excellent English communication skills (min. C1 level)
* Intermediate MS Excel skills
* Experience in coordinating Master Data projects and micro-projects, mass data changes, and data cleanups
* SAP experience would be an asset
* Proven track record of increasing efficiency of your own or team work
* Process automation experience (VBA, Python, UiPath) would be an asset
* Sense of ownership and responsibility
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to analyze and solve problems
* Team coordination experience would be an asset
