Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and consolidating the Group's financial statements, as well as performing analytical reviews of month-end financial reports.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and consolidate the Group's financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  2. Consolidate financial data from entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
  3. Prepare financial information, including IFRS 16 disclosures, cash flow statements, and other reports for senior management to support decision-making.
  4. Prepare the year-end financial reporting package, ensuring accuracy, and including comprehensive notes, disclosures, and significant accounting policies for clear and compliant financial statements.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, with solid IFRS knowledge. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English for effective communication in an international setting.
