Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

At SRG Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Bolesławiec.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a quality department and overseeing the development, motivation, and problem-solving within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize human and material resources for product and process control.
  2. Prepare the area for Customer Audits, including layout, process, and documentation.
  3. Participate in Customer Audits and appoint a responsible person in case of absence.
  4. Ensure high customer satisfaction with minimal resources.
  5. Manage and motivate the Quality Department employees.
  6. Represent the Quality Department and SRG Global Bolesławiec.
  7. Ensure proper communication internally and externally.
  8. Ensure the quality of input components.
  9. Adhere to and promote PBM within the organization.
  10. Comply with Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Safety procedures.
  11. Observe legal requirements and health and safety regulations.
  12. Organize the workplace according to health and safety rules.
  13. Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  14. Train and motivate subordinate employees.
  15. Report health and safety hazards.
  16. Promote the suggestion system.
  17. Ensure processes deliver intended outputs.
  18. Report to top management on quality management system performance and opportunities for improvement.
  19. Ensure customer orientation.
  20. Establish quality objectives and training.
  21. Establish corrective and preventive actions.
  22. Review Customer Scorecards and portals.
  23. Ensure the quality management system complies with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality-related management position in the automotive industry.
  2. Knowledge of quality standards and experience in implementing quality management systems.
  3. Effective team management skills and excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong knowledge and proven experience in quality analysis tools and methodologies.
  5. Fluency in spoken and written English.
  6. Knowledge of international business and international customers.
  7. Good leadership and decision-making skills to lead and motivate the team.
  8. Good analytical skills to support plant performance and set targets.
