Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Lead finance-related changes across multiple programmes, ensuring seamless integration of finance function requirements.
  • Experience with product-led IT operating models, enabling agile delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project/programme management skills across both waterfall and agile/hybrid methodologies.
  • Portfolio management experience is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Retail industry experience, ideally in general merchandise and clothing.
  • Familiarity with finance functions, including financial processes, tools, and requirements.
  • ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with other relevant systems, such as Coupa, MRI Horizon, SAP Concur, AICO, and OCR tools.
  • Integration development experience to support system and process harmonization.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to commute to the office multiple times a week, with remote flexibility available.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with business and IT teams.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and drive transformation, engaging teams and stakeholders through change management.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and determination to deliver measurable results.
