Job Description
  • This role involves developing and executing marketing activities for Poland, while also contributing to EMEA Central wide project management.
  • You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns, organizing events, managing digital activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing generalist skills, excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience in B2B marketing—preferably within the manufacturing or technology sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing activities for Poland (50%) while contributing to EMEA Central wide project management (50%):
  • Create engaging marketing campaigns to drive results
  • Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including events, digital activities, and collateral development:
  • Design and develop creative marketing materials
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for events
Organize and manage local and international events and trade shows:
  • Research and recommend suitable venues and speakers
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners and thought leaders
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute projects on time:
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with key stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
Work with the EMEA Central marketing team to align regional and local strategies:
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
Support digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns, content creation, and social media engagement:
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
  • Curate high-quality content to engage audiences and drive conversions
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials:
  • Vet all marketing materials for accuracy and adherence to company guidelines
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
Support localization of global marketing campaigns, including proofreading and adaptation:
  • Review and revise marketing materials to ensure cultural sensitivity and relevance
  • Collaborate with translation teams to ensure accurate and timely translations
Qualifications
  1. Native Polish speaker with very good English skills (German is a plus but not required)
  2. Ideally five years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in manufacturing or technology)
  3. Profound marketing skills across all channels of the marketing mix, including event management, digital marketing, and public relations
  4. Strong project management skills with experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
  5. Excellent communication and time management abilities
  6. Ability to work independently while aligning with regional and global marketing strategies
  7. Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland and Europe, depending on project needs
