About the Role

We are seeking a talented Retail Marketing Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our European Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering campaign materials that drive traffic, desirability, and conversion across our European points of sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop retail POS campaign materials aligned with monthly campaigns to support sell-out performance and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with agencies and brief them on creative look and feel development based on brand campaign and marketing strategy.
  • Design and develop windows and POS materials for Multibrand stores following seasonal design strategy of each brand.
  • Manage suppliers for various POS materials and campaign-related displays.
  • Ensure all Triumph retail and franchise stores' shop windows are equipped correctly, following store design strategy and seasonal campaign strategy.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Shop Window Design and POS development, ideally in women's fashion or luxury industries.
  • Experience collaborating end-to-end with external design agencies in developing marketing campaign material.
  • Solid understanding of procurement management in retail marketing, as well as retail techniques and in-store requirements.
  • Skilled in developing marketing campaign materials, including production and printing detail management.
