Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving projects forward and taking ownership of design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX Product Strategy: Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly flows that enhance customer engagement across devices.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and peers throughout the entire product lifecycle, fostering collaboration and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Influence and Inspire: Communicate and advocate for your design ideas, explaining best practices and inspiring both your team and key stakeholders to align with your vision.
  • Conduct UX Research: Participate in user research initiatives, including user testing and feedback collection, to inform and refine design decisions, ensuring the UI is both visually appealing and user-centric.
  • Deliver High-Fidelity Designs: Produce highly detailed mockups and UI components, with a strong focus on typography, color, spacing, and layout to ensure polished execution.
  • Maintain Visual Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to style guides and brand standards, while also evolving the visual identity and contributing to an enhanced UI aesthetic.
  • Prototype and Test: Develop and refine both low- and high-fidelity prototypes, validating your designs through user testing and iteration.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to own and drive design projects from concept to completion.
    • Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate your ideas and designs effectively, even if English isn't your first language.
    • Portfolio of Work: A comprehensive online portfolio or work samples showcasing your experience, particularly in B2B environments (a plus).
    • UX Expertise: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with expertise in creating detailed prototypes and wireframes for complex web applications.
    • Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in teams, especially with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs.
    • Corporate Experience: Experience working within corporate or enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to strict brand and design guidelines.
    • Figma Mastery: Strong proficiency in Figma, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools.
