Global Analytics Team - Senior UX Designer

We are a team of experts in IT and analytics, dedicated to providing innovative solutions through our flagship service. Our mission is to empower our partners to become data-driven entities by forming tech teams from scratch and growing existing units.

Currently, we are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit. This team is responsible for strengthening data-driven decision-making and developing smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Our team's essence is an innovative spirit, which permeates throughout the company, fostering a data-first approach in every facet of the business. From sales and logistics to marketing and purchasing, our smart data products have been pivotal in rapid growth and operational excellence.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators, with footprints across three continents and five countries.

The team's ethos revolves around fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring reliability. Together, we're committed to transforming the organization into a leader in data-driven decision-making, leveraging global diversity to tackle challenges and create value.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will have the freedom to shape the team's approach, especially in the use of tools and technology, and introduce new concepts, solutions, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and define user needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to create seamless, intuitive experiences that address both user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with other product team members and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design practices are followed throughout the product development cycle.
  • Conduct usability testing and validate solutions to ensure designs meet both user needs and business requirements.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights, collaborating with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented accurately and meet the release cadence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in web applications design.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Figma, with experience in using it for collaborative design and prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of design systems and experience applying them in a consistent, scalable way.
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design.
  • Experience designing the whole user journey, ensuring a seamless experience across different touchpoints.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and the ability to apply UX design best practices across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Experience working in Agile production environments, with at least 3 years on hands-on work.
  • A passion for innovative, user-centered design and the ability to balance creativity with usability.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive, effective design solutions.
  • Willingness to mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Commitment to learning and quality, with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and act beyond traditional boundaries.
