About the Program:

  • You will participate in an onboarding program, followed by hands-on experience in sales, including influencing in-store promotions, executions, and visibility.
  • You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers, responsible for a category or customer, and plan and develop business strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Requirements:
