We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Our client is a leading alcoholic beverage company in Poland, specializing in the distribution and sales of top brands in the market.

Job Description
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Create sales forecasts and demand analysis for products, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor actual performance vs. budget and forecast, preparing recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate promotional activities' effectiveness, providing pre- and post-analysis to inform future marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, financial controlling, or business planning, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Power BI are a plus), with the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions supporting business decisions, with excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • Knowledge of P&L and discount policy, with the ability to navigate complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Very good English proficiency (min. B2), with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
