We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist based in Warsaw to ensure all required components are available to the Production Team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience on a similar position, preferably in machine building/technical industry, and great analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts e.g., LED's, capacitors, screws, sleeves, and components required to manufacture industrial printers.
  • Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status, update the data in SAP.
  • Keep daily control on the stock level based on company standards.
  • Clarify any issues with vendors invoices.
  • Report of the KPI of the scope.
  • Cooperate with Warehouse, Production, Planning and Sourcing Teams.

Requirements:

  • Great analytical skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Very good command of Excel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish.
  • Experience with LEAN tools (8D, 5 Why's, Ishikawa Diagram) SAP and PowerBI is an advantage.
