Greenhouse Gases Emissions Verifier

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Verifier to join our team at DNV. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in verifying the accuracy of CO2 emissions data from our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to review and verify the data quality from external clients' documents, including monitoring plans, emission reports, and fuel oil consumption reports. You will also be responsible for reviewing technical documentation for different types of vessels and monitoring and verifying vessel activity.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Verify data quality from external clients' documents
  • Review technical documentation for different types of vessels
  • Monitor and verify vessel activity
  • Work closely with international technical departments across DNV's global approval network
  • Work with international regulations
  • Collaborate with ship owners worldwide
  • Contribute to the development of digital verification tools

As a Verifier, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and stakeholders, and to contribute to the development of our verification tools and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to deliver accurate and fast solutions to our customers. You will also need to have fluency in English, both written and verbal, and a strong understanding of ship hydrodynamics, power plant knowledge, and ship or ship systems knowledge.
