At Tylko, we're seeking a highly skilled Visualisation Design Director to lead our product visualisation efforts. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, user empathy, and a forward-thinking vision for the future of digital visualisations.

We are looking for someone who can drive innovations that transform the user experience and influence purchasing decisions by creating high-quality 3D visualisations that engage, inspire, and build trust in our products at every stage of the buying process.

This person will be responsible for:

Understanding User Needs

  • Researching user challenges in visualising products in real-world contexts.
  • Gathering insights through research, interviews, and testing to create visualisations that meet user needs.

Creating Contextual Visualisations

  • Designing realistic product visualisations in real-life settings, focusing on details like lighting, angles, and materials.
  • Addressing 3D visualisation nuances that help users make purchasing decisions.

Optimising the Purchasing Process

  • Designing visual experiences that guide users through product configuration and purchase.
  • Creating intuitive and engaging solutions that help users understand the product and its features.

3D Animations for Engagement

  • Using 3D animation to enhance user engagement during configuration (e.g., shape, texture, or layout changes).
  • Balancing aesthetics and functionality to enrich the user experience.

Managing the Entire Visualisation Process

  • Ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Coordination of cooperation with designers, developers, and UX researchers.

Tylko offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including one bonus day off every month, multisport activities, a discount on all Tylko products, and a dog-friendly office.
