Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate clinical trials, including study design, protocol development, and site management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research associates, data managers, and statisticians.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Provide training and support to clinical research associates and other team members.
  • Manage and review clinical trial data, including data quality and integrity.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical operations, including experience in managing clinical trials.
  • Leadership experience, including experience in managing teams and developing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
