Job Title: Nuclear Recruiter

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a skilled Nuclear Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent globally for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full life cycle recruiting and hiring for multiple countries and functions.
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive job seekers using various sourcing techniques.
  • Evaluate and qualify candidates through telephone interviews and reference checks.
  • Enter and track candidate data in our electronic systems and run reports as needed.
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal customers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide consultation to hiring managers and HR partners on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition.
  • Develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven track record of successful recruiting results.
  • Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance.
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection, and hiring process.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (SAP Success Factors).
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
  • A team player mentality with solid collaboration skills.
