At Westinghouse Electric Company, we're looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on 2nd Shift.
About the RoleThe Recruiter will be responsible for all day-to-day recruitment responsibilities, including managing and overseeing full life cycle recruiting and hiring top talent globally for more than 19 countries. You'll identify and recruit passive job seekers, find and attract qualified candidates using sourcing techniques, posting, and reviewing active applications.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee full life cycle recruiting and hiring top talent globally for over 19 countries
- Proactively identify and recruit passive job seekers
- Finding and attracting qualified candidates by using sourcing techniques, posting, and reviewing active applications
- Evaluating and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone interviews according to identified qualification standards
- Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Providing consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition
- Promoting and partnering with hiring managers, HR partners and HR COEs to develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer (either an in-house, RPO, or staffing agency)
- Nuclear Industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, especially stakeholder management, and managing expectations
- A proven track record of successful recruiting results
- Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques
- A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance
- Experience with numerous sourcing techniques, including social media
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring process
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably SAP Success Factors)
