Our company is looking for a highly skilled Procurement Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Logistics Category Manager, Tail Category Manager, and IT Services Category Manager in handling operational tasks and processing them in the relevant Procurement IT Systems.
Responsibilities- Analyze demand aggregation data and request numbers from business units.
- Sourcing products or services by preparing tender documents and communicating with suppliers.
- Checking and administering contracts in the relevant systems.
- Extracting necessary information for general KPI and specific ESG reports.
- Tracking timelines and procurement targets.
- Verifying content and prices in eCatalogues prior to final approval and upload.
- Executing assigned operational tasks within the S2P process.
- Purchasing administration.
- Ensuring data accuracy in systems.
- Gathering report information.
- Communicating with internal customers/stakeholders and suppliers.
