The Bruker Business Support Center (BSC) is the nerve center of our business operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Located in the vibrant city of Warsaw, Poland, the BSC provides a wide range of business services, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Customer Services.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ledger Accounting Professional to join our team at the BSC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to our internal clients globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording and pre-closing transactions
  • Analyzing and reconciling accounts and resolving issues
  • Closing books and performing post-closing activities
  • Supporting financial reporting
  • Maintaining accounting master data
  • Preparing VAT declarations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
